Carolin Poweleit made second general manager

We are very pleased to be able to announce that Carolin Poweleit is our new second general manager. This development fulfills the needs of the company at the management level, needs which have grown, just as the business has, over the past several years. A long-standing member of staff, Ms Poweleit combines specialist knowledge with leadership experience.

A native of Berlin, Ms Poweleit completed her training as a technical assistant in biology and chemistry in 2002. She then went on to study food chemistry at the Technical University in Berlin, graduating as a certified food chemist (Diploma). Following graduation in 2009, Ms Poweleit started off in research and development at ifp Institut für Produktqualität.

In 2010, Ms Poweleit then moved from research to the Analytical Evaluations & Assessments department, where she quickly took on the leadership position. In November 2014, she began to support management in a new position as authorised signatory. In October 2016, Ms Poweleit moved into management, where she is responsible for analytics and customer care. The company, and staff especially, now benefit from the fact that this management position has been taken on by a well-established colleague of many years.
